Game Concept

My idea for the game is a fantasy walking simulator where the player walks around a dark forest lighting up lanterns that have been mysteriously blown out. As the player wanders around the forest, they notice weird anomalies roaming the woods. As the player relights these lanterns, these anomalies blow out the light. The player will have several movesets to scare away the anomalies. The player walks around with a torch that they have to light every couple minutes as it will eventually burn out. They can relight this torch by going to a campfire set up at the middle of the map. I feel like this concept works well as It stands out from the croud of other fantasy games by being simple yet creative.


Floorplan

This is the floorplan of my current game idea. the plan is for each lantern to be unlit and the player has to go aroung the forest and relight the lanterns. enemies will go show up at the lanterns at different intervals blowing them out.
